About the event
The 11th Indonesia International Geothermal Convention & Exhibition (IIGCE 2025) is scheduled for September 17–19, 2025, at the Jakarta International Convention Center (JICC). Organized by the Indonesian Geothermal Association (INAGA), this premier event aims to advance Indonesia's geothermal energy sector by fostering collaboration among industry leaders, researchers, and policymakers. Themed "Fostering Collaboration for a Green Economy in Indonesia: The Role of Geothermal Energy in Sustainable Growth," IIGCE 2025 will feature high-level dialogues, technical sessions, and an international exhibition, emphasizing the pivotal role of geothermal energy in achieving a sustainable and low-carbon economy.
The conference will address a wide range of topics, including reservoir management, environmental and social aspects, legal and regulatory frameworks, and innovations in geothermal technology. Additionally, discussions will extend to the utilization of geothermal energy beyond electricity generation, exploring applications in health, agriculture, tourism, and the production of secondary products like carbon credits and hydrogen.
