Toulouse Matabiau Geothermal Technical Expert Review

JRG Energy was engaged by SAF-Environnement to conduct a technical expert review (Type M.2.2) of a geothermal district heating project in the Toulouse Matabiau area — a Segment 2 zone with less well-characterised geology. The review assessed the project dossier against current regulations and best practices to determine flow rate and temperature characteristics for the guarantee convention, identify compliance gaps, uncertainties, and risks, and provide recommendations for additional investigations.
