Managed Pressure Drilling — Capacity Building & Equipment Procurement

JRG Energy supported Orllati Geothermie in developing their Managed Pressure Drilling (MPD) capability, successfully designing and procuring approximately $1M of equipment through a competitive tender. The scope also included well control capacity building, local permitting and regulatory support, and oversight of the first successful drill using the new equipment.MPD technology enables precise bottomhole pressure control to address narrow drilling margins, lost circulation, and influx instability in geothermal wells.
