Hawaii Geothermal Development Roadmap

Commissioned by DBEDT (via Waika consulting), JRG Energy prepared a step-by-step roadmap outlining all elements required to bring a geothermal power station to life on Hawaii Island. Written for a broad stakeholder audience in accessible language, the report provides an overview of geothermal science, the full commercial development pathway, and investment decision-making steps — equipping government, communities, and developers with a shared understanding of the process from exploration through to operation.
