She began her career offshore with Schlumberger as a Wireline Field Engineer before progressing into global reliability and technology leadership roles supporting directional drilling operations. Having worked across Africa, Asia, North America, and South America, Nadia brings extensive experience in drilling, well services, asset reliability, and project delivery. She now specialises in geothermal development, supporting clients through exploration, drilling, and well design activities as part of the transition to lower-carbon energy systems.
