Geothermal Slim Well Testing — Armenia

JRG Energy designed, performed, and analysed the first-ever geothermal welltests in Armenia, combined with geological, resource, and geochemical data collection. The programme provided the first systematic characterisation of Armenia’s geothermal resources, establishing a foundation for future exploration and development.

IRENA Geothermal Technology Report

JRG Energy, through contractor Witteveen & Bos, produced a geothermal technology report for IRENA. Work included a comprehensive literature review, a stakeholder consultation meeting coordinated with IRENA and IGA, and the preparation of a high-quality report covering the status, trends, and perspectives on geothermal technology globally.

Geothermal Well Testing — FEED, Procurement & Field Execution

JRG Energy delivered a comprehensive well testing programme for Halliburton in Saudi Arabia, covering front-end engineering and design, welltest equipment procurement, wellbore simulations, programme development, capacity building workshops, geochemical sampling, and fullfield execution — providing an end-to-end service across all phases of the geothermal well testing workflow.

Azerbaijan National Geothermal Assessment

Engaged by the World Bank in collaboration with the Government of Azerbaijan, JRG Energy conducted a nationwide assessment of geothermal energy potential.
